Prevent Auction of Soulbound Items in Autotrade

Autotrade needs to be able to detect when someone tries to put a Soulbound item up for auction (whether purposely or by mistake) and prevent it from happening. Since soulbound items cannot be traded, there's no point in them being auctions (unless they are bound on equip, of course - which means Autotrade needs to know the difference).
