Killog

I have configured my killlog using the ingame Cosmo menu, however I cannot seem to see anything IN the kill log.

What information do you require from me to problem solve?

I have actually tried it on my work computer as well, I have the same problem the killlog does not populate.

I've tried different characters, different machines, still no love. Could you list the steps I should take to install it properly as this must be user error.
