If any of my listed quests in my quest log is "collapsed" then others can't see my quests through quest share.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a party.
2. Open quest log.
3. Clck the "-" minus sign next to "All" at the top of the quest log.
4. Try and view other peoples quests through quest share. All listed quests should be gone (You might have to click refresh.)
5. Re-open quest log.
6. Click the "+" plus sign next to "All at the top of the quest log.
7. Try and view other peoples quests through quest share. All listed quests should be viewable (You might have to click refresh.)
The samething happens when you "collapse" individual quests. If they are "collapsed" then they aren't viewable through quest share.
