I've noticed that when talking to a trainer and selecting new recipes/skills that when you mouse over the icon of the selected skill nothing comes up. When Cosmos is disabled and you do the same thing you get the small stat window showing what the skill/recipe does. Just kind of a nuicance when I have to actually purchase the skill/recipe before seeing if I will really use it. The only place this happens is the training windows.
