Clock offset not working

After last night's Alpha patch the clock is now doing normal vs 2400 time, but when I move the clock offset slider I can only make it move about an hour. All the way at 1 it doesn't get close to my correct time. I think I'm off by 3 hours. Before I would set it to .63 to get the correct time.

Known bug; read the <clock.lau> thread for the details. It's also mentioned in the "known bugs" sticky. It won't be fixed until Blizzard fixes the (known) persistant variables issue (next push?).
