NOTE! All these known issues are for the Alpha. The Beta is currently more stable and have less features, and may also have more settings that do not save.

Known issues:
Pet bar overlapping chat box.[list:cf207a7c9b] Temporary fix here (http://www.cosmosui.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=222) When you group the second bar with the main bar, the shapechange/stance bars get messed up Temporary fix: do not enable second bar / main bar grouping Sometimes, general and trade ends up on high channel numbers (10+). ThottBot does not work well with Cosmos currently. Disable ThottBot if you run Cosmos. Note that the stand-alone ThottBot works fine[/list:u:cf207a7c9b]

This is the post where I'll try to put all the known issues in the current Cosmos build, so that you don't have to post lots of information about something the developers know about, and at the same time can reassure yourself that they are, indeed, aware of the problem.
