FPS Monitor Suggestion

When using the Second Action Bar...the FPS monitor is hidden behind it....would be nice if there was an option to move it up top close to where the clock is.

I believe this is already in the bugzilla report so it should be fixed as soon as someone gets the time to do it Crashes.. and gamestopping bugs are taking precidence right now.. so it will get fixed.. just no ETA!
