Introducing the XPBarColor - an AddOn which allows you to set the color of the XP bar to whatever you want it to be. It is compatible with Cosmos, but does not require Cosmos to work (you just have to use the slash commands instead).

Slash commands:/xpbarcolorenable - enables/disables the XP Bar Color
/xpbarcolorred X - sets the amount of red to X (between 0 and 1, 50% is 0.5)
/xpbarcolorgreen X - sets the amount of green to X (between 0 and 1, 25% is 0.25)
/xpbarcolorblue X - sets the amount of blue to X (between 0 and 1, 75% is 0.75)
/xpbarcoloralpha X - sets the opacity to X (between 0 and 1, 37% is 0.37)

Unzip the zip files to your WoW directory.

This AddOn has been tested and found working, but feedback/comments/suggestions are welcome!

Thanks to Lash pointing it out to me, I fixed XP Bar Color so that it works with the new patch and with the new Cosmos.

How does this work with rest xp? Will it turn blue when you're rested, and then whatever color you set once it's gone? If so, is there anyway to make it so you can adjust the color for rest and non-rested xp?

It would be possible to do, but it's mainly an old AddOn which I keep updated for old times sake. It was created before I had a WoW account, and before rest XP existed.

Also, it doesn't seem to work with the xp bar addon that moves it under your mana bar. But maybe I was rested and it didn't change the rest xp color *shrug*.

Barbarik, that's because the "extra" XP bar is an entirely different thing (from WoWs point of view) than the old one.

Sheikh, while it is possible, I won't work on it. Not now, anyhow.
