Rollback button?

Please add a button that would allow you to run a previous version of CosmosUI IF the new one does not work. Simply have it backup the interface dir and be ready to multiple renames on dir in case a new version is messed up.

While I am all for version handling systems, I prefer them to be done on a server and not on clients (and not managed/coded/implemented by me :) ).

Sure, this would probably help, however, it means still more work for Thott. Also, what happens with 3rd-party AddOns (not delivered with Cosmos) ? It would also give problems when people would "rollback" to a function that previously worked around patch-time. Chaos, woe and disaster... and all because people will not use the Beta/Release. :)

I'll see if I can ask Thott to do this (or to do something like this for Thott) but don't expect miracles.

I run the beta myself and there is no warning when the UI updates itself for me. So when it goes in and does not work, I have no way back unless i take teh precaution to backup the directory myself.

Maybe an interecept button before the updates go in that would give us the option to back it up before actually going through with the new one?
