View Full Version : Auto equip with stance removed?

Previous to the current patch version the ability to set up what weapons for each stance you use was available. I downloaded the new version (tried both Alpha and Beta) and I can't find the option anymore. Was this removed?

AutoEquip should still be active and in Cosmos.

You can try to go into Interface\AddOns\AutoEquip and open up AutoEquip.toc and replace## Dependencies: Cosmos , Thottbot , CosmosSchedule
with
## Dependencies: Cosmos, Thottbot, CosmosSchedule
See if it works - if it does, post back here.

Just tried that and logged in, the option is still not in the menu.

Using /equip does not work either, then?

What is the /equip command so I can try it? It's not that the ability isn't working, it's not in the cosmos options to turn on or off.

Well, the /equip command tries to equip an item for you... for example "/equip Thrall's Toenail" would equip the item known as "Thrall's Toenail".

<sigh>

If /equip and AutoEquip works, but does not show up in the Cosmos options... something is seriously screwed up.

Are you sure it's not in there somewhere? You scrolled the options up and down to the maximum? (sorry to be a pain in the butt, but there have been people who thought that the options were only one page).

I tried - /equip Item and it said "Type '/help for a listing of a few commands." So I'm not sure if they disabled it or not.

Yeah, I've searched the entire options list a dozen times over before I posted the first time. :/

OK. This is not good. :(

See if someone (Thott or AlexYoshi would be good as they know the AutoEquip code best, then Mugendai as he has more free time to fix stuff :) ) is there and if they can help you.
