Multiple Chat Windows

Multiple chat windows doesn't work. It makes things pretty inconvenient, having to have all chat in one window. When will the bug that prevents sending stuff to new chat windows be fixed?

As soon as the channel numbers are confirmed as fixed, work will start with this one (if it hasn't already). We do not want to cause more bugs until we know we've squashed that one.
