Getting locked up during mining ore

I seem to get locked up in a bending position while I mine. ESC, jumping, running away, or combat does not clear the stuck animation. Thanks.

Do you get locked up without Cosmos as well?

To be fair, I'm not sure I tried that. I will next time it happens, but hasn't of late.
