Doubt this would be possible, I have no idea what kind of scripting/coding is allowed with this game!
Unfortunately, no.
Blizzard removed the functionality to do this in the last patch.

/stick is a command where you stick to your enemies or fellow players, similar to /follow (just /follow cant follow enemies or NPCs).
I used /stick all the time when I played DAoC it's a great thing to have but it takes a lot away from the game when all you have to do to stay with your enemy is /stick. Not having it makes things more fun!

Exactly. Having /stick takes a lot of the skill element out of pvp because all you have to do is press attack buttons and not worry about positioning your toon.

/stick would make it nigh-on impossible for a rogue to ever get a backstab in - just a tad unfair! A lot of the tactics in PvP involves getting behind the other player, whether to backstab or prevent them casting a spell, or just to get out of their vision.
Very glad they removed that.

You seem to have forgotten that this is an RPG, not an FPS.
The people who hate /stick and /face want to take advantage of the completely ridiculous and impossible ability toons have in games like this to pull off more extreme moves than Barry Sanders with bullet time.
The purpose of /stick and /face is so you are not fighting against the interface to make your character do what you want to do.
RPGs are about intelligent character design/development and proper strategic/tactical use of your abilities.
They are not about who has the fastest connection so they can jiggle their character all over the screen making it impossible for someone to get a clean hit off on them.
Then there is PvE, where it is utterly stupid that there is no /stick. It is nothing but a huge pain in the ass to have to manually chase after mobs that move all over the place randomly due to lag, server sync issues, etc.
When folks grow up and understand what carpal tunnel syndrome is, they start to understand why /stick and /face are vital for PvE.

Choyra is just a whiner cus he has no skillz. If your "fighting the interface" to do something as simple as turn your character the way you want it to face, do yourself a favor and go buy an atari with a 1 button joystick. Maybe thats not too complex for you...
I understand the issue, Choyra (even though I haven't got CTS myself yet).
The problem is that we UI devs are rather severely limited when interacting with the 3D-world of Blizzard. Recently, WalkBot (which powered our ability to move in the 3D-world) was deemed "too much automation". A /stick or /face is thus no longer possible. Please ask Blizzard to add this (at least for PvE as you state - perhaps make it not work on bosses / anything beyond Elite).
There is, strictly speaking, not much "skill" involved in WoW PvE. However, the adherents to "easy gaming" argue that this is a reason for eliminating more skill-based (twitch) elements altogether (or at least mostly) and use tactical / strategic decisions instead.
The other group argue that without some form of challenge, you get closer and closer to ProgressQuest, no interaction required.
Unfortunately, both groups have good arguments - appeasing both is hard. There is a "slippery slope" involved in automating more and more for the player - I would say personally that penalizing me with "time sinks" (waiting 12 hours for a raid to go off) is less fun than having some twitch (turn character, press key 5, 1 and 2 in sequence) elements.
The ideal situation would be if WoW could accomodate both types of players - something which a PvE (possibly Elite and below limited) /face and /stick could do.
Footnote:
/stick would give issues (like running into an enemy camp with a mob), too. I admit that the issues would not be very grave, but it's not all point-and-drool whack-a-mob.

Even Everquest2 have combat autoface.
More then that, there is no facing for spellcasting.
Without /stick, for many ppl, there is no reason to play melee class at all - with 500+ms lattency one hit nothing in PvP and rarely in PvE.
DAoC has all /stick, /face, /follow - it does not hurt PvP nor PvE any way.
If PvP is only competition of who has less lattency and can strafe around faster... looks a bit dumb kind of game.

Speaking as an Ambush/BS Rogue (Well, currently levelling as a Combat Rogue) I'd be rendered 100% useless if there was any kind of autoface or stick feature in the game. If it ever gets implemented, my Rogue has just become useless (Unless I want to be a stunlocker).

Kinda off topic, I think a backstab should cause a little stun anywho.. sure would stun the hell out of *me*.

LOL i love PVPers who are jumping all over the place, cause i personally turn using my mouse, so following them is a sinch (especially since my mouse sensetivity is cranked up pretty good) so i just stand and turn in circles while they are bouncing, missing maybe 1 hit for every 3 there causing themselves to miss :P

Wheres the skill in running behind someone who's got a higher latency than you or slower computer and performing another backstab? Backstabs are in theory supposed to be sneak attacks, not run through caster, backstab, run through caster backstab. That being said, if thats the only way rogues are able to play, it sounds like a balance/gameplay issue needs to be addressed.
This is the first game that doesn't have a command similar to /face and i'm actually quite shocked.
Personally i think that PVP in WoW is 40% computer, 20% latency 40% skill
