Re-assign shift key

I have been trying to assign my left shift key to jump instead of space bar. Does anyone know how I can do this? I don't want shift for any other function besides jumping. =)

yeah that would be very useful, i was a arrowkey player in CS and im totally used to ctrl to jump. its a head/handace for a hunter to jump, turn in air and shoot and move simultaniously

I don't think "modifier keys" like Alt/Shift/Ctrl can be assigned to specific actions.
