CastSpell(id, spellbook)

I'm having trouble with the CastSpell(id, spellbook) function. It simply does not work for me. I tried to write a script utilizing it, and when that failed, and I was sure I was using it correctly, I searched for an example. I came across this:

I installed and tried that, but still, the same problem. The CastSpell function simply does not work for me. I added debug statements to that script and mine to make sure they were functioning properly, and as far as I can tell they are.

I've also tried TotemStomper, as it uses the same function, I installed it and all it's dependencies, still no luck with that function working at all.

CastSpell does not work from the command line. It only works in a macro or when you call it from inside bindings.
