Tacklebox error with ' in weapon name

I'm trying to use the Tacklebox script but one of my weapons is Naraxis' Fang. I'm guessing the ' is causing an error because when I use the macro to equip the weapons back it says "Can not find Naraxis' Fang", when its clearly in my Backpack.

Any ideas?
