"Patch list is WAY too long"

I was trying to reinstall cosmos (because I hear thats how to get it to work with retial) and I keep getting this "Patch list is WAY too long" error. Is there a way around this and is anyone else having the problem?

I'm trying to get the Alpha version btw.

Get the Cosmos_Alpha.zip instead. :)

i downloaded and installed the cosmos_alpha.zip but i still get the patchlist is way to long. i copied the interface directory in to the wow directory, and all that shabaze, it seems the only thing that i do not get it with is using the alpha lite update and thrott only.

Note:

When I say "download the alpha.zip" I mean instead of using Cosmos*****. Basically, what the Cosmos***** does is a) keep your interface directory clean from files that might cause errors (if you have this function enabled) and b) download new Cosmos files. However, the new files from the Cosmos***** is the same files as in the Cosmos_Alpha.zip.

How do you disable Cosmos*****? I'm having the damndest time getting this thing running. Not sure why, was smooth as silk during beta.
