Graphics Lag and 32mb error message?

A group of us using Cosmos UI were in WC today and we were all experiencing graphics lag. At one point it became really choppy and I got an error message said Cosmos UI was using more then 32mb and I had to shut down some modules, at which point WoW crashed on me.

Any solutions for this? known bug? Cosmos or WoW end?

Known bug with Cosmos and instances.
Recommendation: delete all AddOns that you do not use.

I wonder if this is related to the questminion /quest shareing issues I had earlier.

I've not been in an instance in retail yet to confirm, but I had no problems in the very end of open beta (just before the last patch).
