Need to know if this is a Cosmos bug or not

I looked around in the bug index and couldnt find anything on this.

Basically on all wearable items (armor, weapons) , when i move my cursos over top of the item the third line down (its always the third) dissapears after a split second!

this is very annoying as the third line is generally the dmg or armor rating of the item.

i just need to know if this is a cosmos bug or not, either way does anyone know of it and how i can fix it?
