Unfortunately, no, but here's a link how to duplicate them:

For the art files, just check out everything else whose file path starts with Interface\

Sigh, seems I don't have the requisite VB libraries installed on my PC, and I can't find a Mac extractor. I guess Blizz really only wanted people to do this stuff during testing...
