Some 1 PLZ help

i like cosmos but i hate how the target panel is a the top of my screen itsa so annoying when i put my cursor over my skill on the toolbar that it shows all the writing on the top my my screen. i only want side bar and second bar mods anyway so how should i arange my add ons folder? which folder are required for cosmos to work properly with out saying outdated cosmos in my WOW menu and not have that target panel at the top?

Set up Cosmos:

Cosmos options -> Interface Settings -> "Relocate tooltip..."
