Chat Windows messed up

While using Cosmos after two days, my two extra chat windows disappeared and everything was de-selected in the General & Combat chat windows.

I remade the windows and re-established the General & Combat.

I lost the system notices in my General window. Basically, any yellow messages won't appear -- experience, quests accepted notices, Guildmates logging on or off.

This has happened to me also 3 times now over the past month or so of using Cosmos. All of the chat windows except General suddenly disappear and I have to remake them. Very annoying. Not sure what causes it. I have the most recent version.

Edit: I use 3 windows... General, Combat Log, and Channels. Not tabbed, next to each other horizontally. Not using any advanced chat options.
