moving player, party and target

is it possible to move those? i can´t figure out how...

if not, is it possible to combine gypsy stuff with cosmos? i could use party of gypsy then to move around the windows and get rid of the wow main-bar.

How can I move my target box? it is centered up top of my screen when i mouse over people and npc's ect ect.
