Bug with Cosmos***** and patch server

If you download the latest archive of Cosmos, and use the Cosmos***** that is in the zip file, it will re-download the 2.12 version of Cosmos*****. Have to manually copy over the 2.13 Cosmos*****.

In my case, it's also rolling back the cosmos.txt file to r151. I'm not sure if it's rolling back any of the addons though.
