Sidebars - More spaces?

Is it possible to add a slider for the number of spaces on the sidebars? I'd love to have 8 or so on each side instead of... 6

Err.... I extracted the folder into my interface/addons/ folder but now my sidebars disappeared (they don't even show up in Cosmos options)....What did I do wrong?

You forgot to update the .toc file.

Anyhow... flexible sidebars is on ice for the moment, since the regular sidebars are getting changed.

Cool I got it to work after reading through all the instructions (had a coupla shoot and miss...)

Anyway, the sidebars are really helpful, especially for a hunter since we have a gazillion choices (I haven't played other classes though). For example, we have at least 4 aspects we need to choose from whether we're doing ranged, melee combat or just running. Then we have up to 7 tracking abilities, whether it's undead, humanoid, beasts, etc.etc. The sidebars give me quick access to these. I'm curious as to how ya'll are gonna change it, but if ya'll are changing it, it must be to something better. Can't wait. Thanks again.

Thanks Sarf works good, but problem I have is after I add a few more buttons then log off/quit then relog it doesnt save my new buttons I added.

Just wondering on the changes to side-bars if anything will be done so crafting window/character window etc...won't overlap them? I currently use the left bar for all my crafting/trade skills, and when I open up a vendor, I have to close the vendor window to get my leather working open, THEN open the vendor so I can buy thread and stuff I need while crafting.

Hey I do the exact same thing, indeed its annoying but its better then no sidebar

agreed...just hoping there's a way to make those windows dock to the side of the bar instead of the window.
