Quest Minion not auto-adding quests

Is anyone else having this problem? I have seen it work, but very rarely. Almost every quest that I pick up now has to be added to quest minion manually. I have all options selected for the Quest Minion in the Cosmos config except for "Hide when empty".

Yeah same problem here too...

It only works when quests have "objectives" that you fulfil (like whack X moles, once you whack a mole, it adds the quest... or should do it).

At least for me, it doesn't add any quests. I can understand not adding the delivery quests and such, but it doesn't add the "kill x amount of y" quests either.
