Elite target mod?

No more + next to elite target names? Hasn't been since patch and I cant seem to locate it within configuration...

on Another note, I havent been getting 'you have completed xxx' notification on quests when I finish them after patch. Anyone else notice that?

I've seen it. It's because the .toc files for some of the addons have not been updated to ## Interface: 4114 from ## Interface: 4062. I don't know if that was on purpose or just an oversight.
