Moveable Text Windows

Hi I was wondering if there could be more movement options for the text windows?

There is a setting now to move the left chat display up but is it possible to move it in a little as well? say about a half inch from the left side of the screen.

Also is it possible to implement those movements on the combat spam on the right side as well (using simple chat)?
