I have seen that on CT they got more than 12 buttons on the SideBars and they hide if not used... that could be really useful! can i import the SideBar files of CT to Cosmos or WoW UI folder and will it work?

Use the PopBar of Cosmos and set it to vertical instead of horizontal. It has the functionality to hide the buttons that aren't being used and lets you specify the number of buttons.

Replace the sidebar mod in cosmos with the standalone sidebar here

You can configure it to have 12 left and right bars.

Heh just letting you guys know, i've tried to replace it, but it makes very bad things happen with a few other cosmos addons that i have running.
Namely, i can't click the sidebar without a cocaphony of errors popping up at which point i have to alt + f4.
