Auto buffer?

I'm looking for an addon that will simply rebuff me when my buffs drop. I play a Shaman so I'm thinking about Rockbiter and Lightning Shield mainly.

Just have it check every few seconds for the buff, and if it's not there, and if mana supply is sufficient, then cast it.

This is no big deal for Rockbiter (every 5 minutes), but Lightning Shield can go down a few times in 1 fight.

I don't have any experience coding, but could someone write up a little script to do just Lightning Shield?

Okay I downloaded and tried One Hit Wonder and it works well. I just have a couple things I would change (if I knew how).

1) Check every 2-3 seconds (if it wouldn't drag the cpu)
2) Allow buffing in combat (Lightning Shield is useful to have up 100% of the time, considering it's low mana/dmg cost)

That is classified as a bot by Blizzard.. I asked them about stuff like that.. I play Warrior, so it is no real big deal for me..

OneHitWonder only works off of keypresses (because currently, that's the way Blizzard hath restricted it).
