MOD REQ: Chat Fadeout DISABLER

I've seen a mod for this before, but it's apparently not around anymore or not supported.

Can someone please make a simple single stand alone Mod that turns off the Chat Window text fade out? I HATE this "feature", it drives me batty that I can't simpley turn it off ingame!

Can anyone help me with this? I'll maintain the code for any future updates and version numbers, I just need the head start with someone creating it.

Unfortunately both download links listed are corrupt when I try them, and the author isn't responding to e-mail via the link on the page. :(

Thanks for the suggestion tho. So far that's the only mod of it's type I've seen.

The author simply changed displayDuration="120.0" to displayDuration="12000.0" in the ChatFrame.xml.
