Party Member's Portrait Problem

I've had a problem that started before this last patch. The patch hasn't give me a way to correct it.

The party health/mana/portrait bars can be moved, and somehow one of them (fourth party slot) got moved off-screen. I can see the right part of the health bar, but not the portrait. The portrait is off the left hand side of the screen! This keeps me from being able to move it back, and access the player without using hotkeys.

I'm very frustrated, and even with cosmos disabled(right when patch hit.) the portrait was off-screen! I'm not sure how this happened at all, one day it was moved. Maybe lag while I was dragging one?

I want to avoid reinstalling WoW completely. Is there a way I can move this portrait back without being able to get my mouse on the party member's portrait? Is there a config file I can manually edit? Anything? Please help! :!:

Delete your FrameXML folder in the World of Warcraft/Interface and restart.

Actually I tried that. No luck deleting FrameXML folder..

Odd that cosmos didn't reply to such a question. Ohwell obviously they don't know the answer.

This thread can be deleted I found out by trial and error.

Cosmos is going to be hurting next content patch from bliz(though who knows when that'll be.)
