Bank Frame.xml corrupted

Hi.

I got a big problem with the FrameXML folder from your newest version.


I tryed to deinstall cosmos to reinstall cause i had a problem with it .

So i tried to delete the interface folder but i cant because it says
Bank Frame.xml is corrupted.

i tryed to rename it take it to another folder and some more but i cant delete it or sth like that.

now i cant open my Bank ingame.

is there a way to delete it or i need to reinstall World of Warcraft?

its the German Version of the game.
