Pet monitor

I'm a hunter and i cannot figure out why my pet is not turning up as part of the party. This is a pain in the butt cuz my pet dies more than it should b/c healers dont know when its almost dead unless they read the health shout in the chat area. I do have everything checked under the pet monitor section in cosmos options, and yes it is enabled.... I am current in the patch updates and have tried reloading cosmos several times..Other than that, any other ideas is beyond my cpu knowledge base.... Can someone plz help...

My G/F and I both play this and found that when I upgraded my Cosmos to the latest Alpha and she stayed on the older one that the pet disappeared from her screen. Updating hers fixed that. Not sure if there is a 'same-version' requirement??
