Loot/Roll bug

Whenever a bind on pickup item drops in a group and I get the screen to roll on it if I try to roll it gives me the "looting this item will bind it to you". So I can't roll because it will loot the item, then when I don't roll it will time out on me as I try to figure a way around it.

Help.

click ok on the binding window to roll...

Does it roll for sure cause i would hate to take someones gear from them cause i cant roll ?
