I noticed that the caluclations for time until next elvel don't factor in rested xp.
I figure the quickest way to factor in rested XP would be to take the amount of rested XP one has, half it, and deduct it from the amount of xp left to level, and use THAT to divide by the amount of time.

does this really matter? so many other things can happen besides just a rest bonus to improve you time to lvl. i don't even look at that when i'm lvling, i just gauge the xp i just got from a kill and mentaly apply it to my xp bar and see how much more of thoes i have to kill inorder to lvl. that sounds like a better mod idea than how much time left to lvl, "amount of kills till lvl : (# here)" and it would be better for if your grinding in an area where they are about the same lvl so you can judge if its worth staying there or going off to find a better place.
