Quest Log Question

I am sure this has been discussed before but I don't see a search option for the forums.

With Cosmos the Quest Log does not display the person that you cash in the quest in to. Is there a way to get it to do so? Alternatively, is there a way to disable the quest log changes that Cosmos provides?

QuestHistoty shows who you received quests from, and also who you turned the quest into after you have turned it in.

Thanks but it appears that a number of people complain about a bug with this. I presume Cosmos realizes it has an error and will fix it.
