Can't get Cosmos to work!

I can't get Cosmos to work at all! i have created the AddOns folder and the FrameXL and run the Cosmos file thingy but still nothing happens! I have tried other mods too like CTmod and Gypsy but can't get them to work either please help me i'm desperate :lol:

Try this, get rid of your current Cosmos install,then reinstall, only this time, extrace your sip to the main WoW directory because it will automatically create it's own Interface folder, and within that it's own Addons and FrameXML folders.
