What is better. Alpha or Beta cosmos

The Alpha build of Cosmos always has the most recent changes that the team has made to Cosmos. The Beta build is typicaly more stable, as the changes have been verified and do not have conflicts. I like to use the Alpha release, which is rare, typically i never use alphas, but i like to see what is new right away, and provide any feedback that might be needed.
