Right mouseclick feature on chatwindow = gone

First i had it but i reinstalled some addons and now it's gone...

I'm talking about the right-mouseclick-feature on my chatwindow where i can lock my windows, change my font,...

Does anybody know what the name of this addon is or is this just a bug i'm having now? :(

I really need to change my chat fontsize cause it's on max now :(
