How to Fix XP Bar

ok so i used the thing to make your "Big nasty XP Bar" dissappear... ok now i dont know how to make it hwere i get the one where it comes up under the HP//Mp bar.?

Even if i cant get this to work.. i cant get mine back... the normal XP bar.. i dunno how to make it come back... WHAT DO I DOOO AHH!!?
