Party Quest Goes Nuts.

There are two times that the Party Quest messaging goes nuts. When a group member completes a single step loot ie loot head of so and so. From that point on the addon will spam the group everytime someone loots anything.

The other time happened last night on a kill quest everytime our quest updated the quest window would open up.

Any ideas?
