quest announcemnt

It seemed to me that Cosmos got quest announcements. I wass using my smth like Shift + right click - to show the objective for ex.
: 7/8 quest items

now i changed smth and cant get it back. please answer which Addons Module is making this announcemnts ?

the old cosmos modified quest log used to work the way you say, shift left click would dump quest name, shift right click would post quest objektives into active chat channel(say, party, guild)

now with the new (2 pane) quest window this function isnt supported, i dunno why, it rocked
