Party buffs issue

Ok, I finally fixed my chat issue. Now I cannot see any of my party member's buffs unless I hover over where they are suposed to be. I looked in Interface Settings where the option usually is, but it isnt there. Anybody have any Suggestions on how to fix this?

Look under Archaeologist for the settings.
