I was using alpha cosmos, which presumably means it's been tested for a week or so by all the devs (at least so I'd hope rather than just pushed out without any testing). All the chat bugs vanished; /join & /leave & /chatlist all work again.
Also, chat timestamps are back and the quest minion works again. I really hope that y'all decide to keep those two features -- I use them a lot. The only thing I miss from the alpha cosmos is the removal of the HP/MP/XP prefixes.
I don't miss the bugs or sky or the partyquest thing. Far as I can see, those are all a step backwards in functionality. Anyway, some feedback on your alpha release there and a work-around for anyone else that is using the alpha and has chat issues.
