the mouse over tooltip...

I just updated cosmos and now my mouseover tooltip is in the bottom right corner, not up top below the clock like where it used to be... i can't find wher ein the cosmos settings to fix this.... can someone please give me a hand?

Check Gymnast Tooltips in the Cosmos configuration screen.
