Help with wondowed mode

I set my WoW to run in windowed mode, and I didn't like it so I unchecked the box that says "Run in windowed mode". I ran WoW through the cosmos icon, and it stayed in windowed mode. It even stayed in windowed mode when I used the official WoW icon! Anyone know how to fix this without reinstalling the entire game?

Run Game - Hit Escape to bring up stock WoW Main Menu - Pick Video Options - Un-check "Run in a Window" :)
