Cosmos dying in updates?

It seems that the developers have given up completely on the mod. You guys have to get to work on this mod again! It used to be my favorite. Now it's just trash in my mod folder. Everything about the mod is dead. You guys never make new versions for the new wow versions, and if you do it's not on the official site it's on one of the few mirrors. So some people download the old version from them. Second, the mod is messed up in the new versions. I want an older version that works atleast. I get clock errors, census has turned pure green, I need tool tips to go at the top instead bottem right; thats broken. Please make a new version and do a total make over. Half the features broke in updating why? Did you guys get lazy or something? I mean seriously when ever theres an update all the mods even ct mod which I hate (Cosmos vs CT) has claimed victory over cosmos. There there with a new version almost as soon as it came out, and where is cosmos? Taking a smoke break? Please consider this and fix up our beloved mod. Everyone in my guild is about to ditch the mod and I totally need it. I'd rather not use the other mods out there.

Cosmos is updated and has been since 1hr after the patch, you have to use the Alpha version to get the files that are updated with the patch. Because of the fact that Europe doesn't have the patch yet there has to be both the old and new version numbers available. I dont really know what you mean by saying theres been no updates on Cosmos, cosmos has been extremely active in the last few weeks removing FrameXML changes and making them into AddOns instead, modularizing the source, etc.. If you'd been using the cosmos***** to update you should know this. The updated sources are available both on this site and many other mirrors. One of the better mirrors is http://cosmos.thzclan.com which updates hourly.

If you're getting clock errors and other problems sounds like you're not using the current version or you have leftovers from a previous version, to fix that you should do the following.

A) If you're only using cosmos then delete the interface folder, download the cosmos-alpha.zip from http://cosmos.thzclan.com and unzip it into your WoW directory.

B) If you are using other addons you'll need to make .nopatch files for the AddOn folders that you wish to keep. (A file with the same name as the folder including case folowed by .nopatch, example MyAddOn would be preserved by a MyAddOn.nopatch file in the AddOns directory)

then:
Run the patcher click options select Alpha: Experimental and put a check next to keep interface clean. This should get you the latest version of cosmos.. you can run the patcher every time before you login and it will check for updated files.

Regarding tooltips: Tooltips can now be dragged to wherever you want them to be, go into the Gymnast options and you can do it from there.

Anyway Cosmos is being develeoped and worked on and if you'd bother to read the forums some you'd see that this is the case.
