The Cosmos Fixed patch did nothing and I am running on alpha patch dropped today I can spare turning off the left sidebar as i use popbar 4x12

You should not have SideBars in the current alpha - they were removed. If you do, you probably didnt update properly by deleting the Interface folder in your world of warcraft directory and then extracting the new version.

I took care of it as you said and now it does indeed work fine tho the shapeshift error did pop ( dont use a druid so it affects me not)

I was hoping that lieens patch would allow me to keep the left bar (my "emergency" pots/spell bar) but I'll live

MobileFrames now allows you to move the new Blizzard bars so you can grab one of the right side ones and move it left.
