?? Level Mobs...Where is the option to replace with real lvl

I got the new version and it changed the level of high level mobs back into ?? and the skull and i don't know where the option is to change it back to showing the real level. Little help anyone?

Blizzard removed the ability to uncover the high levels. You are stuck with it.
